Hi, I’m Amber. For over seven years, my work has centered on mentoring young people from grade school through young adulthood, walking alongside them as they grow in confidence, clarity, and character. College students preparing for life after graduation receive hands-on guidance through interviews, job placement strategy, and pitch competitions. Younger students develop strong foundations that prepare them to transition into higher learning with belief in their potential. Experience working within the Department of Education as a per-diem educator has also strengthened my ability to serve diverse classrooms and adapted to different school environments,-strengthening my ability to connect with students from all backgrounds.

While working with diverse groups of youth, I began to notice something consistent: every single one of them carried a gift from within. Young people are naturally creative in a world that constantly demands structure. The solutions to many of our real-world problems already exist - in their minds and hearts. From that conviction,
Career Catalyst was born.
Career Catalyst is more than a program - it is a leadership, personal development, and innovation curriculum designed to equip youth with both the tangible and intangible skills required to make their goals a reality. Students learn strategy, communication, business fundamentals, critical thinking, and execution- while also developing confidence, identity, creativity, and faith. The experience concludes with a Shark Tank–style pitch competition, where students present real solutions to real problems - proving that when their environment support their ideas, their ideas can change their environment.
